💰 $160,000 – $220,000 base DOE + benefits

A well-established national General Contractor is hiring Project Executives for major project work across the US.

This is with a large, privately held GC with a strong national presence, long-standing client relationships, and a track record delivering complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, mission critical and large-scale building projects.

The company is looking for proven construction leaders who can take ownership of major projects, support project teams, manage client relationships, and help deliver work safely, professionally, and to a high standard.

This role is best suited to someone who has come through a true General Contractor background, has worked for a larger ENR-ranked contractor, and understands what it takes to lead large teams on complex projects. Data center experience would be a plus, as would experience on projects of $100M+.

Candidates must be open to travel or relocation to job sites across the US, depending on project needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading major construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Overseeing Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and field teams
• Managing client relationships, project strategy, schedules, budgets, risk, and overall delivery
• Working closely with senior leadership, operations, estimating, safety, and field teams
• Supporting subcontractor strategy, procurement, buyout, change management, and project controls
• Driving project performance across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Identifying issues early and keeping leadership informed with clear solutions
• Leading OAC meetings and maintaining strong communication with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners
• Helping build strong project teams and mentoring future leaders within the business
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with company standards and client expectations

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar
• Majority of experience must be with a General Contractor
• Experience working for a Top 100 ENR GC strongly preferred
• Large project experience preferred, ideally $100M+
• Data center / mission critical experience would be a plus
• Strong background leading project teams, not just managing paperwork
• Experience across ground-up commercial, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, or mission critical projects
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, subcontractor management, and client relationships
• Good job tenure and a stable career history
• Open to travel or relocation to project sites across the US
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Someone who takes ownership and can lead projects from start to finish

Compensation & benefits:

• $160,000 – $220,000 base salary DOE
