Key Responsibilities
Lead engagements involving merger advisory, regulatory strategy for digital market regimes, antitrust litigation support, and behavioral economic insight
Guide project teams through economic modeling, legal frameworks, experimental analysis, and client communication
Design and interpret behavioral studies or market experiments related to consumer behavior and competition
Communicate nuanced economic findings to clients, courts, or regulators in a compelling and defensible manner
Mentor colleagues and support growth of the Antitrust & Competition practice
Basic Qualifications
PhD in Economics or a related discipline
8+ years of experience in competition economics, antitrust consulting, merger review, litigation support, or regulatory strategy
Proven leadership managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in merger simulation, digital platform analysis, regulatory reform (e.g. DMA, DSA, Online Safety Act), or behavioral economics
Track record of working on digital competition, advertising markets, app stores, or platform regulation
US Salary Range: $250,000 - $265,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
