The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with social or video products.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Retail.
- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activities to meet customer goals.
- Ability to work independently who remains resilient and curious when navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent team player with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization, project management skills with an ability to progress multiple workstreams.

- Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop intensity, urgency, and ambition to drive growth for our customers and Google.
- Plan for and achieve client growth goals through the delivery of comprehensive Google advertising solutions that help partners meet their business objectives.
- Focus on Google merchant center and shopping solutions for an account while offering breadth and leadership opportunities across a variety of broader business questions.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that challenge assumptions, align with goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations.
