Key Responsibilities

• Lead optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for plastic injection molding processes
• Specify and support equipment selection for new injection molding processes and programs
• Utilize Process Flow diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plans to drive process improvements and ensure robust manufacturing operations
• Collaborate closely with New Product Development teams to support successful product launches
• Improve machine cycle times to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred
• Proven experience with plastic injection molding processes
• Strong background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
