POSITION DESCRIPTION:** Candidate must determine order of finish for all horses in race, Add/delete horses on all lists via computer, daily record of incoming and outgoing foal papers, report generating, assist in pre-race day scratching of horses, enter horse entries, complete official program indicating finish of horses, track conditions, handle and track attendance for each race day. Candidate will contribute to the Racing Department team by overseeing and accomplishing all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:** Candidate will have or gain knowledge of rules and regulations of thoroughbred horse racing. Candidate must also have knowledge of the PA Rules of Racing. Must be able to work flexible hours. Candidate is required to be able to obtain/maintain a Pennsylvania Racing License.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years' experience in thoroughbred racing. Computer experience required. Racing office experience required.
