We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Specialist to support our hiring efforts in the motorcycle industry. Reporting to the HR Manager, this part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding great talent while keeping the hiring process organized and efficient.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
Post and manage job listings, and track applicants in Microsoft Dynamics ATS
Partner with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and communications
Skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ATS
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong Excel skills
Keep candidate records, workflows, and communications organized and up to date
Able to manage workflow independently
Clear communication and attention to detail
Ability to evaluate resumes and match candidates to roles
Qualifications And Experience
Prior experience in recruiting or HR (powersports industry experience is a plus)
Clear understanding of the confidential nature of the hiring process
Familiarity with resume screening tools and best practices and state and local hiring laws
Ability to work remotely, approximately 10-20 hours per week, depending on recruiting needs
Pay range $30-$35 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
