Job Description We are hiring Outbound Call Representatives to conduct customer calls for follow-ups, surveys, and account updates. This role involves accessing customer personal and account information. A background check is required for all candidates.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and account updates
Access and update customer account information during each call
Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines on every interaction
Record call outcomes and update CRM records accurately after each call
Meet daily call volume and quality targets set by team management
Escalate unresolved customer concerns to senior representatives
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Clear and professional speaking voice
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls from home
Must pass a pre-employment background check
No prior call center experience required — paid training provided
Must be a US resident with reliable internet and quiet home workspace
