Responsibilities
Coordinate and track operational tasks and projects across multiple teams
Maintain internal databases and operational records accurately
Communicate updates and flag delays to relevant stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives and document new workflows
Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management review
Handle scheduling and logistics coordination across departments
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor degree preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple internal systems simultaneously
Must pass a pre-employment background check
No prior operations experience required — training provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States
