Network Administrator

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Network Admin to join one of our major healthcare client's NetTel Services team. This consultant will support enterprise network and telecommunications operations, working closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, support infrastructure, and ensure reliability across voice and data services. The role requires hands-on technical support, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Day to Day:

• Participate in daily morning meetings with team leads to coordinate work and priorities
• Receive and manage new ticket assignments through ServiceNow
• Travel to and support multiple sites as dispatched
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetTel-related issues (ex: clinic faxing or connectivity issues)
• Provide timely updates and documentation within ServiceNow upon resolution

Must Haves:

• 1+ year experience supporting enterprise IT, network, or telecommunications environments
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience across network or telecom-related systems
• Strong communication skills and comfort supporting end users and technical teams
• Comfortable with travel

Plusses:

• ServiceNow experience
• CCNA or COMPTIA Certification

Compensation:

$23/hour - $27/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
