Job Description

The National Market Development Specialist will be responsible for expanding market presence and driving revenue growth for centerless ground bar products across the United States. This role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, developing national and strategic customer accounts, and converting prospects into long-term partners. The position serves as the commercial link between customers and the Rockhill, South Carolina centerless grinding facility, ensuring strong follow-through from initial opportunity through production and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in metal sales, market development, or national accounts
  • Strong sales presentation skills
  • Prior knowledge of centerless ground bar products and applications
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow national accounts
  • Experience working with manufacturing facilities and technical teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide

Preferred

  • Experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy bar, or precision bar products
  • Background selling to OEM's in industrial, energy, automotive, or aerospace markets
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss specifications and tolerances
