As a Mechanical Designer - Level 1-2, you will play a key role in creating and coordinating mechanical systems within 3D architectural models, leveraging your skills in Autodesk Revit. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to grow and develop expertise in designing duct and piping systems. Initially, you will focus on implementing markups while gaining hands-on experience in system design, model coordination, and sizing mechanical components. With opportunities to work closely with architectural and structural models, this position provides a pathway for advancement into a comprehensive mechanical and plumbing design role. Candidates with contractor office experience and a collaborative mindset are highly encouraged to apply, as teamwork and effective communication are critical to success in this dynamic and growth-oriented position.

Essential Duties
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit: Strong experience with Revit, including familiarity with duct and piping systems. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Team Collaboration: Must be a motivated and hardworking individual who communicates effectively with team members.
3D Modeling and Design: Initially responsible for implementing markups, with the primary focus on learning to design duct and piping systems within 3D architectural models.
Model Coordination: Work collaboratively with linked architectural and structural models to accurately model and eventually size mechanical systems.
Growth Opportunities: Opportunity to advance into a full mechanical and plumbing design role based on interest and skill development. Experience with these systems is highly valued.
Contractor Experience: Experience working in a contractor's office is a plus.
Education/Experience
Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, but not required.
Minimum Of 0-2 Years Of Experience
