Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type: Up to 40 hours per week May, June, July

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Travel: 15-20%

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Range: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing deliverables, such as graphics, digital assets, presentations, and social content
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed to include participating in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and strategy reviews
• Provide resources and materials to support internal adherence to brand guidelines
• Support the marketing campaign process including development, product launches, promotions, and the gathering and organizing of performance data for reporting and analysis
• Help with inbound and outbound marketing requests such as events, promotions, content development, and advertising support
• Assist with marketing research to help identify customer trends, competitor activity, and target audience insights

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Previous marketing coursework or relevant internships, class projects, or extracurricular experience preferred
• Full-time marketing experience is not required

Knowledge

• Experience in Canva and/or Adobe Suite
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Basic SEO knowledge

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities

Abilities

• Interest in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or brand strategy is a plus
• Interest and/or interest in photography and video beneficial
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment
