Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Position: Manufacturing / Industrial Specialist

Type: Contractor/Part-Time

Compensation: $15 - $25/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing workflows, production processes, and industrial operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency, quality control standards, and safety procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Interpret technical documentation and production-related data to inform decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Prepare structured reports and communicate operational findings clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in manufacturing processes and operational practices.
  • Identify opportunities for operational optimization and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

  • Have a strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial operations, or production environments.
  • Be familiar with quality control, safety standards, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills to address operational challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks effectively.
  • Have effective written and verbal communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with teams.
