We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Tampa facility. This is an ideal opportunity for a high-potential operations leader ready to step into full site leadership or expand their scope beyond a functional role.

This role offers direct ownership of a smaller, highly visible site, with the opportunity to drive performance, implement improvements, and grow into broader plant multi-site leadership over time.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead daily operations across Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Shipping for a ~40-employee site
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity while building structure and accountability across the plant
• Partner with leadership to implement KPIs, standard work, and performance management systems
• Identify and execute process improvements to increase throughput, improve yields, and reduce downtime
• Support capital projects and operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Build and develop a strong team culture focused on engagement and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in production, maintenance, or enginering in a continous manufacturing process required.
• Bilingual Spanish and Bachelors Degree required
