Overview

The Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations is a detail-oriented manager responsible for optimizing systems, processes, campaigns and tools that power our recruitment function. This role is critical to enabling our talent acquisition team to deliver a seamless, data-driven and efficient candidate and hiring manager experience.

This manager has a strong background in recruiting operations, experience with technical platforms like ATS/CRM, and is comfortable building dashboards, driving process improvements and collaborating across HR, business teams, vendor partners and recruitment teams globally.

Responsibilities

TA Systems and Technology

  • Own and continuously enhance the careers website, ensuring an engaging and effective candidate experience that accurately reflects the employer brand and drives applicant conversion.
  • Own the training and level one troubleshooting of our TA systems, ATS and other recruiting tools (careers website, CRM, interview scheduling, pre-hire assessments, job postings).
  • Partner with Talent Solutions / HRIS and vendors on rolling out system enhancements and user training.
  • Audit system usage for compliance and engage users to improve outcomes.


Project Management - Process and Enablement

  • Lead the development and execution of critical projects (including ATS upgrades, process maps, employment branding, etc.) within talent acquisition and represent TA on broader HR projects.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of interview guides and scorecards, equipping hiring teams with the tools and frameworks needed to assess candidates consistently and effectively.
  • Play a key role in the Talent Acquisition integration initiatives related to the Dick’s Sporting Goods acquisition, identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving end-to-end implementation across priority projects.
  • Standardize and document scalable, legally sound, recruitment processes and workflows for all talent acquisition programs (executive, campus, corporate, supply chain, field and contact center) globally.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-fill, increase quality of hire and streamline operations.
  • Build toolkits and training for TA team members, hiring managers, store managers and HRBPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Audit processes for compliance and adoption.


Data, Reporting and Insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key recruiting metrics (hires, time-to-fill, source channels, and recruitment pipeline activity).
  • Provide insights to TA and HR leadership. Track and report on recruiter capacity, program effectiveness and compliance.
  • Act as SME regarding employment laws regarding job postings, document gathering and selections, including OFCCP.
  • Support TA team and HR Leadership with market analysis using supply/demand analytics, vendor input and systems findings.


Recruitment Marketing

  • Partner with TA leaders, communications and other internal and external partners to create and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Manage the execution of content strategy for job postings, SMS and email/SMS campaigns to promote our EVP and job opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and compliance with Foot Locker style guidance across all candidate facing channels.
  • Lead and track recruitment events, including attraction, attendance and outcomes using CRM (when deployed).
  • Track and analyze campaign and event performance (CTR, engagement and conversion) and optimize based on data.


Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a role of Recruiter, Sourcer, Recruiting Manager, HR Systems Administrator or TA Operations team member
  • Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred
  • Experience working in ATS platforms (iCIMS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and talent sourcing tools (programmatic, Google Analytics, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn)
  • Strong proven skills in project management, content coordination and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns and creative content development
  • Experience working in CRM platforms (iCIMS, Phenom, Paradox, etc.)
  • Experience working in labor market analytics platforms (Lightcast, TalentNeuron, Indeed Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience in career website content creation
  • Global recruitment or project management experience
  • Training in change management
  • People management or supervisory experience

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $87,000 - $95,000 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
