Responsibilities
Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
Consistently implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
Host a minimum of two open houses each month. .
Actively engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards.
Participate fully in all designated team activities as outlined by team protocols.
Commit to attending weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
Provide expert consultation to sellers, secure listings, and strategically market properties.
Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to property listings.
Represent sellers in negotiations to secure favorable offers.
Qualifications
Self-driven sales professional with a competitive mindset
Exceptional ability to establish rapport, actively listen to client needs, and provide effective solutions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Collaborative team member
Licensed real estate professional
Demonstrates a growth-oriented and continuous learning approach
