Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Licensed Benefit Advisor who will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expertise in diverse insurance lines, specifically health, life, and supplemental coverage. The role involves translating complex policy details into clear, actionable information for plan members, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, and meeting strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will be adept at adjusting to fluctuating workloads and non-traditional scheduling requirements.


Responsibilities / Job Duties

  • Provide subject matter expertise in health, life, and supplemental insurance coverage.
  • Advocate for clients by translating complex policy details into clear information.
  • Maintain organized and thorough records while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Adapt to changing workloads and non-traditional scheduling requirements.


Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Certifications

  • Active Life and Health license in any state.

Qualifications

  • Private working environment with private wifi access.
  • 2+ years of enrollment season experience as a licensed agent.
  • Experience with Medical/Dental/Vision and Voluntary benefit enrollments.
  • Preferred English/Spanish bilingual.

Experience

  • 2+ years of enrollment season experience as a licensed agent.
  • Experience with Medical/Dental/Vision and Voluntary benefit enrollments.

Skills

  • Proficiency in diverse insurance lines, especially health, life, and supplemental coverage.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Effective communication and client advocacy skills.
  • Agility in managing fluctuating workloads and schedules.


Schedule / Shift

Remote Employees: Work Hours are 7-7 CST. Must be available during this entire window Monday through Friday. OT available on weekends/evenings.

Onsite Employees: Day time, evenings, weekends. Must be flexible. OT available.
