Lead Clinical Research Associate -Direct Hire – Fully Remote in the US- Growing Biotech

A growing and exciting biotech company specializing in central nervous system diseases is hiring for a Lead Clinical Research Associate to manage 2-3 sites and be responsible for providing direction and leadership to the study Clinical Research Associate team.

This is a direct hire position offering a competitive base salary/ competent benefits package/401k w match/stock options. This role is fully remote, with approximately 60% travel expected.

We are seeking the following individual:

• Experienced CRA with 6+ years of industry experience (pharma, CRO or biotech)
• Must have been a LCRA for 2+ years
• Experience in CNS preferred
• Bachelors Degree required
