Base pay range
We are seeking both a Junior Property Manager and Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential condominium and cooperative properties. This is a full-scope property management opportunity offering strong long-term growth potential within a professional and team-oriented environment.
The Junior Property Manager will support senior members of the property management team across building operations, resident communication, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions. The Property Manager will independently oversee a portfolio of condo/co-op properties and serve as the primary point of contact for boards, residents, vendors, and building staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of residential properties
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance initiatives
- Communicate with residents, board members, vendors, and onsite staff regarding operational matters
- Assist with and/or manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and project coordination
- Conduct regular property walkthroughs and ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard
- Support budgeting, invoice approvals, financial tracking, and board reporting processes
- Coordinate board meetings, resident communications, and operational updates
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Prior property management experience preferred
- Condo/co-op experience is required for the Property Manager level
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with residents, vendors, and building staff preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus
- Compensation and title will be determined based on experience level
