Junior Account Executive - Costco

Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Junior Account Executive - Cotsco to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing the Costco account, assisting with day-to-day communication, business planning, and execution to help meet sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with Costco merchants, buyers, and cross-functional partners while supporting new item opportunities and assortment growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams—including product development, operations, and finance—to ensure accurate order management, timely follow-up, and smooth execution of programs.
• Assist in tracking sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and support account needs.
• Help manage item setup, promotional planning, and account reporting as needed.
• Support preparation for buyer meetings, presentations, and seasonal line reviews.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of sales, account management, merchandising, or related experience preferred.
• Experience working with Costco or other major retailers is a plus.
• Understanding of retail processes including item setup, promotions, logistics, and vendor communication preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
