Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of technical IT staff within a supplier engagement model
  • Oversee service delivery including incident problem and change management in compliance with operational SLAs
  • Plan track and communicate project status to stakeholders using JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and state of health monitoring for core infrastructure networks servers applications
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers within defined contractual frameworks
  • Engage in Command Center calls for Priority 12 incidents impacting NA sites

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Strong people management and team leadership skills for technical staff
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services identity access management and cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Proficiency with Jira ServiceNow and collaboration monitoring platforms
  • Experience working within supplier models and client engagement practices
  • Certifications preferred PMP ITIL Foundation AWS Azure Cloud Associate
