Tactex Recruiting Advisors is a recruiting company, and we're working on behalf of a Client Firm who's looking for a talented and high-character Investor Relations Analyst.

  • Do you have 2–5+ years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, investor relations, due diligence, or sales support within alternative investments?

  • Do you have a strong understanding of commercial real estate concepts, including net lease structures, cap rates, financing, and market dynamics?

  • Do you have familiarity with DSTs, 1031 exchanges, and non-traded REITs?

  • Do you have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and synthesize insights into practical, advisor-focused responses?

  • Do you excel at clearly explaining complex financial and investment topics to others?

Then you might be the perfect fit!

We are seeking an Investment Relations Analyst who thrives at the intersection of real estate finance and client service. Unlike a traditional administrative IR role, this position is focused on technical literacy. You will be the point person for answering sophisticated financial, analytical, and performance-related questions from our banking and lending partners, retail investors, and the sales team.

Want to join a growing company with a solid, high-character team that treats you like family?

At Tactex Recruiting Advisors, we've had a 4+ year relationship with this Client, and can vouch for their character and culture. They're different than most companies who *say* they live by their values. This Client Firm truly cares for their people, they have an outstanding vision and mission, and they treat their people with kindness and respect.

Pay range: $65k-95k (+ potential 5-10% discretionary bonus).
