The Position

STACK is looking for a highly motivated Intern to support teams across the organization. This internship is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience in a professional environment while contributing to meaningful work that supports STACK’s business objectives. Intern assignments may vary by department based on business needs, intern interests, and academic background.

The Intern will work closely with team members and leaders to support day-to-day operations, assist with projects, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about STACK’s culture and operations while developing professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned department(s) with administrative, analytical, and project-based tasks.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and company events to gain exposure to business operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Learn on the job by partnering with an assigned peer mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and support throughout onboarding, skill development, and integration into the team and company culture
  • Demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-faced environment.
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, or added support within assigned responsibilities

Department-specific Responsibilities

  • Data analysis to benchmark mechanical equipment
  • Travel to at least one (1) job site with a STACK team member
  • Convert specifications for mechanical equipment to SmartSheet
  • Develop a standard PUE calculation spreadsheet to share with consultants
  • Review vendor submittals for compliance with STACK BOD’s and specs
  • Update STACK BOD drawings
  • Supporting mechanical team in their day to day activities

  • Location: Denver, CO
  • Travel: Minimal
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass comprehensive background screening

Must Have Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
  • Strong interest in learning about business operations within a growing organization
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude

Compensation Range

$22.26 - $24.38
