Helmut Lang is looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & PR team.
Responsibilities
Manage marketing calendar development and campaign launch timelines.
Partner with cross functional departments such as ecommerce and merchandising to align on key product marketing initiatives, organizing kick-off meetings, etc.
Develop marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
Strategize Artist partnerships and activations in collaboration with Brand Art Director, and oversee proposals, contracts, etc.
Recommend new brand initiatives, partnerships collaborations and activations that support growth.
Track campaign performance and partner with digital marketing to evaluate effectiveness.
Lead project management across brand campaigns and digital initiatives, ensuring timelines remain on track.
Project manage and produce all HL marketing photoshoot production: campaign, fashion show, influencer content, and Creative Projects: print collateral, packaging, visuals, brand events, etc.
Manage annual creative services and marketing budget to optimize production cost while also partnering with finance to adjust budget based on seasonal needs.
Produce all marketing photoshoots: Manage and execute all bookings inclusive of photographer, hair, makeup, groomers, models, tailors, catering; negotiate usage and rates.
Partner with Art Director and internal teams to understand content needs for each project: number of assets, video needs, social requirements, deadlines, usage, etc.
Oversee casting process for all HL marketing projects: lookbooks, campaigns, editorials, and special projects, including onboarding casting director outreach and hosting castings.
Generate call-sheets for all marketing photoshoots and share with all internal/external teams.
On-set production lead for all marketing photoshoots.
Manage all invoicing and related inquiries for photoshoots and partner with Accounts Payable to confirm issuance of vendor payments.
Partner with legal on agency contracts.
Bring all creative projects to procurement for approval.
Effectively manage all pre/post-production meetings with Design, Creative, Merchandising, and Studio teams.
Follow progress of images from unretouched selects to final retouched approved.
Organize all assets by project and share finals with all regions and wholesale teams – images, videos, guidelines, usage, style info, etc.
Create HL operation efficiencies to provide on-time and in-budget shoots.
Allow the HL team to have more time to plan and get ahead of brand and seasonal strategies.
Manage the copy process for all activations and editorial content, including creative approvals and overseeing freelance copywriters as needed.
Work with sales (domestic and global) to determine market showroom needs and project manage all creative services execution.
Manage Social Media + PR Coordinator workflow, including: organic social rollout and engagement tracking, sample management, seasonal gifting initiatives, influencer + VIP strategy, etc.
Manage direct report(s) in both delegating responsibilities, providing clear expectations through coaching and development, as well as evaluating their performance.
Responsible for department credit card and reconciling receipts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5-7 years’ experience
Must have photo shoot production experience
Must have budgeting experience
Strong understanding of the fashion industry, media landscape, and influencer ecosystem
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile individuals.
Proficient in excel and power point
Excellent time management skills
Salary range: $105,000.00 -115,000.00*
