Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IBM i Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Chain and Operations to support and enhance mission-critical business systems across purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and order fulfillment. This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring IBM i (AS/400) applications effectively support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting IBM i / AS400 environments.
• 5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Logistics.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems running on IBM i platforms.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of:
• Inventory Control
• Procurement Processes
• Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing Operations
• Order-to-Cash Processes
• Supply Chain Planning
• Experience supporting cross-functional business stakeholders.
