Health Safety Environment Advisor

Position

We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support HSE compliance across international operations within a fast-paced construction and engineering environment.

This position will work closely with external safety consultants, helping to coordinate compliance activities, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external HSE providers and consultants
• Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance programmes
• Support the implementation of company safety procedures and standards
• Prepare and review RAMS and related documentation
• Maintain risk registers and monitor corrective actions
• Support incident investigations and reporting processes
• Deliver and track toolbox talks and safety communications
• Promote a strong health & safety culture across teams and projects

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, engineering, or a related sector
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Good understanding of HSE legislation and compliance standards
• Experience with risk assessments and incident management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
