This Company is an industry leader it's respective space with a broad international footprint operating across multiple regions through a combination of direct operations and strategic partnerships. We are seeking a "generalist", who possesses experience in tax accounting, US/ CAN tax, and indirect tax.

Report to the CFO, this role is responsible for the United States and Canada to lead all aspects of the income tax function across these regions. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for U.S. and international tax planning, compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, tax accounting, and controversy management. The role requires close collaboration with global tax leadership, as well as legal, treasury, finance, and business leaders across North America.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in taxation or CPA preferred.

Minimum 12 years of experience in public accounting and a global corporate tax department.

Extensive experience with U.S. and international tax operations in a global organization.

Experience managing tax audits and tax controversy matters.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
