We are seeking an elite Head of Global Futures to build a major trading business with real autonomy, serious capital, and institutional-grade technology. This is not a caretaker role. It is a build mandate for a proven leader who wants full ownership across strategy, team, and commercial outcomes.

The remit is simple: create a world-class global futures platform and scale it aggressively. You will define the research agenda, drive performance across short-horizon and intraday futures strategies, shape the technical roadmap with engineering, and hire the team around you. The business is being backed with meaningful seed capital and designed to grow into a very substantial operation over time.

What you’ll own

Full responsibility for a global futures trading business across liquid markets, including strategy direction, portfolio construction, research prioritization, infrastructure partnership, and team build-out. The focus spans high-frequency through mid-frequency opportunities, with a strong emphasis on scalable alpha, disciplined risk management, and expansion across major international exchanges.

What we want

A proven futures PM or senior quant leader from a top-tier trading environment. You should have a strong live track record, deep understanding of electronic trading systems from data through execution, and the credibility to attract exceptional researchers and developers. The hiring bar is extremely high and the background needs to reflect that.
