About Roundhead Brewing Company
As Massachusetts’s first Latino-owned brewery, Roundhead is built on a simple, powerful mission: cerveza que reúne—great beer that brings people together. Rooted in the Boston neighborhood of Hyde Park, Roundhead has become a vibrant hub where Latin-inspired craft beer and food, live music, and community events come together in our taproom space. For us, what we do is only as important as how we do it. We lead with respect and empathy, ensuring our internal team culture is as authentic and welcoming as the neighborhood we serve. We aren’t just pouring pints; we’re cultivating a space where everyone feels welcome.
Lead the Next Chapter at Roundhead
Roundhead is at an exciting inflection point: We are transitioning from a ‘startup’ brewery to a multi-channel hospitality brand, doubling down on our events program, and optimizing our revenue goals along a five-year growth plan. To manage forward, we aren’t just looking for a general manager; we’re looking for a strategic thought partner equally energized by driving revenue, building systems that last, and developing a team that loves coming to work. Lead a team immersed in innovation and help us steward a taproom where diversity isn’t just welcomed—it’s the guest of honor.
