General Laborer

Our client, the food processing industry, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with the bone crushing process essential for broth production. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Job Title:** General Laborer
• Location:** Osterburg, PA
• Pay Rate: **$15.00
• Shift:** 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Saturday (may have later start times for cleanup) - 5 day work week
• What's the Job?**
• Assist with the bone crushing process by gathering empty boxes and preparing product for processing
• Support the team in opening boxes and handing off product to machine operators
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including wearing provided safety gear
• Contribute to a positive team environment by being adaptable and willing to help in all areas
• What's Needed?**
• Ability to be on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, with most boxes weighing 40-44 lbs
• Willingness to work in a facility with a slight smell due to processing materials
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable and punctual attendance
