Under direction, provides a comprehensive developmental program of guidance and counseling to assist students in the area of academic achievement, career/educational decision making, and personal and social development. Acts as consultant, in this regard, to school staff, parents, and community members. Physical Demands: As required by the duties and responsibilities of the job. Special Requirements: Required to attend school meetings, programs and activities outside the instructional day as mandated by the MCEA agreement.

The wage range for this position is a salary between $64,591 and $131,472 based on education and experience. This job includes required summer days for which you will be compensated at your regular rate of pay. Education Training Experience
