About the Role
We're a growing apparel & accessories brand looking for a designer who can own our creative output across email, social, and digital channels. You have a point of view. You understand fashion. You don't need to be briefed on what looks good — you already know.
What You'll Be Doing
→ Design and build emails in Klaviyo — campaigns, flows, and seasonal launches
→ Create social graphics and campaign visuals that feel editorial and elevated
→ Design paid ad creative for Meta
→ Help bring consistency and polish to our overall brand visual identity
→ Collaborate on creative direction for launches and campaigns
→ Occasionally support with SMS visuals and other digital assets
What We're Looking For
✔ Formal design background — graphic design degree or equivalent training
✔ Portfolio that shows strong taste in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
✔ Experience designing for apparel or accessories brands specifically
✔ Hands-on Klaviyo experience — you build templates, not just hand off files
✔ Understands how to balance aesthetics with performance
✔ Self-directed, has a point of view, and communicates well
✔ Bonus: you create content yourself and understand the creator space
