Position: FP&A Analyst

Compensation: $110K - $150K/yr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for scenario analysis and decision-making.
• Analyze operational and financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and influence strategy.
• Prepare and present clear financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and operational efficiency.
