Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, or a related function.
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with core finance data tools and data sets (SAP, SQL, etc.).
Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships, work in a changing, constantly evolving environment, and drive operational initiatives.
Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, changing environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
Excellent investigative and quantitative modeling skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$135,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end monthly close process for the entire gTech organization, delivering accurate and timely reporting that provides a clear view of financial performance.
Lead the consolidation and analysis of the monthly forecast for gTech, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure leadership has the most up-to-date financial outlook.
Act as the primary finance point of contact for gCentral leadership, helping them think through their financial planning and annual budgeting processes.
Partner with gCentral sub-teams to manage spend effectively, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and stay within budget.
Drive continuous improvement of the gTech-wide reporting and forecasting infrastructure, leveraging tools (AI, SQL) to increase speed and accuracy.
