Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner supporting both FP&A and pricing functions. This role provides critical financial analysis and reporting to support business growth, strategic decision-making, and achievement of short- and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to drive accountability, profitability, and operational performance.

Location: 100% on-site in Fort Mill, SC

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 + bonus

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership
• Develop financial models to support business planning, investments, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate performance trends
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Conduct cost-benefit, profitability, and risk analyses
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Present findings and recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting-related role
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial analysis to key business metrics such as revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, and working capital
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, and formulas such as VLOOKUP
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of an organization, including leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
