What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their goals, risk tolerance, and financial priorities.
Deliver customized financial and investment strategies that align with clients’ long-term objectives.
Partner closely with internal experts across investments, retirement planning, and insurance to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Help clients navigate retirement planning, investment strategy, estate considerations, and long-term wealth preservation.
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm through referrals and networking.
Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes while communicating relevant insights to clients.
Maintain the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility, compliance, and client care.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) required
CFP® designation strongly preferred
Series 65 license preferred
Experience working with high-net-worth clients and delivering fiduciary-level advice
Strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, and wealth strategy
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
Relationship-driven, highly organized, and collaborative mindset

Salary Range: $110,000 – $200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
