Executive Assistant to Managing Shareholder

📍 Washington, DC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

💰 $85,000 – $125,000 + full benefits

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the firm’s Managing Shareholder and leadership team.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across the firm—ideal for someone who wants to go beyond traditional administrative work and act as a strategic partner. You’ll help drive firm initiatives, manage complex priorities, and keep leadership operating at peak efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Partner with the Managing Shareholder to track and execute key firm initiatives
  • Manage complex calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and summaries for meetings and presentations
  • Anticipate needs and proactively support leadership decision-making

Operations & Projects

  • Lead and coordinate special projects across departments
  • Conduct research and synthesize information to support firm operations
  • Improve processes and leverage technology/AI tools to increase efficiency

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and client engagements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and legal/business documents
  • Support time entry and billing processes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience (or 1–3 years Chief of Staff experience)
  • Experience in legal or professional services preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using AI and digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Mac experience preferred
