📍 Washington, DC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
💰 $85,000 – $125,000 + full benefits

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the firm’s Managing Shareholder and leadership team.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the firm—ideal for someone who wants to go beyond traditional administrative work and act as a strategic partner. You’ll help drive firm initiatives, manage complex priorities, and keep leadership operating at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Partner with the Managing Shareholder to track and execute key firm initiatives
- Manage complex calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and summaries for meetings and presentations
- Anticipate needs and proactively support leadership decision-making
Operations & Projects
- Lead and coordinate special projects across departments
- Conduct research and synthesize information to support firm operations
- Improve processes and leverage technology/AI tools to increase efficiency
Administrative Support
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and client engagements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and legal/business documents
- Support time entry and billing processes
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience (or 1–3 years Chief of Staff experience)
- Experience in legal or professional services preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using AI and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Mac experience preferred
