$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Are you a proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments? Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in their Washington DC office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, operating as a true right hand to executives while helping keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, resourceful, and eager to jump in wherever needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support & Calendar Management: Provide high-level administrative support to a group of C-Suite executives, managing complex calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and shifting priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Draft communications, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely follow-through on deliverables.
  • Travel & Meeting Logistics: Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, meeting materials, and expense reporting.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Assist with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, handling both strategic priorities and day-to-day responsibilities with equal attention to detail.
  • Project & Event Assistance: Support special projects, presentations, team initiatives, and occasional event coordination while maintaining a high level of organization and responsiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, execution, and support across the organization.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-8+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives in fast-paced environments
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe, virtual meeting platforms and CRMs a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Flexible and adaptable with a positive, team-first attitude.
