Job Description:

Leisure.com is currently searching for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our Leisure travel team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience establishing and managing strategic business partnerships from leveraging the technology and inventory of Ad.com to piloting new solutions and identifying new distribution channels for Leisure.com. In addition, facilitate the acceleration of innovation across functions and spearhead business plan development for key initiatives for travel brands and publishers. Primarily focused on large hotel chains, airlines, rental car and cruise brands.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes thorough understanding of current business environment & objectives in order to guide program delivery and outcomes.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills that bring out the best contributions of all participants to develop effective solutions to issues.
  • Builds the basic structure of a program that may include: Prioritization alignment, team engagement, identifying a sponsor, identifying stakeholders, content and package design, defining success measures and communications to leadership
  • Integrates timelines and milestones across projects, identifying areas of synergy, challenge or dependency.
  • Leads proactive identification and mitigation of issues and risks. Leverages experience to anticipate risks in advance of impacts and differentiation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including concise verbal and written executive-level communications
  • Establishes positive working relationships with stakeholders and builds rapport to become a trusted travel advisor.
  • Keeps relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule.
  • Partners with the management team to understand and ensure connection to overarching strategy and program and ensures prioritization is aligned with strategy.
  • Anticipates and recognizes bottlenecks in work processes between teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement.
  • Demonstrates a critical understanding of business processes and challenges to recommend and develop solutions to meet unique business needs and achieve objectives.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

Must be highly organized and personable to cultivate connections with clients and partners to add value across the entire travel experience.

  • Hands-on experience building and booking leisure travel for clients
  • Familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations
  • Working with creative and development teams to deliver world-class experiences in a simple and frictionless way
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and planning management
