WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is a long-term career role, not just a commissioning contract. We need someone who can get

this terminal across the finish line electrically and then own the results for years to come. You're a

self-starter who takes ownership without being told what's next, thrives in the organized chaos of a

startup, and has the leadership ability to build a team from the ground up once the dust settles. If

you've commissioned a facility and then stayed to run it, you're exactly who we're looking for.
