Prehab Physical Therapy is a 1-on-1, cash-based physical therapy clinic redefining what healthcare should look like.
With individualized plans of care, a holistic treatment philosophy, and a focus on education and prevention, we believe we are at the forefront of delivering healthcare the way it should be delivered. We are located in the heart of Culver City in a one-of-a-kind 6000-square-foot facility with access to state-of-the-art equipment like VALD forcedecks, Exerfly flywheel, tindeq, BFR, and a fully equipped gym! Not to mention, kombucha & cold brew on tap.
Combining technology with personalized and patient-centered 1-on-1 care allows us to best set up our clients on the path to take control of their health the way we feel they deserve. Prehab Physical Therapy was designed as an environment and community to change the landscape of healthcare as we know it, and we are excited to welcome a Full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy to our team to help us continue our mission!
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Culver City, CA.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking to bring on a motivated, outgoing, and passionate Doctor of Physical Therapy to improve the lives of clients both local to Los Angeles, and around the world. Your primary responsibility would be to plan, treat, and manage clients and their plans of care on-site at Prehab Physical Therapy. Secondary responsibilities include involvement in clinical aspects of the online business like content creation, online programming, and community engagement, on an as needed basis. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a talented individual to utilize their training, experience, and communication skills to deliver high-quality care to patients with a supportive team environment on your side!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, treat, & manage your caseload to provide high-quality one-on-one care to patients
- Guide potential clients through discovery calls to kick off their recovery journey
- Plan, join, and deliver on activation & marketing events in the community
- Contribute to content creation, online programming, community engagement, and other clinical aspects of the online business, as needed
About You:
You’re a forever learner who’s tired of cookie-cutter care. You believe in treating the whole person — not just the injury — and are committed to helping people return to the things they love with confidence. You value education, autonomy, and delivering care that doesn’t stop at “good enough.
- Minimum 2 years practicing in an ortho/sports setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background in programming/coaching/training
- Strong background in ACL and post-op rehab preferred
- Active involvement in the physical therapy and/or fitness community
- Currently licensed in the state of California
