What You'll Be Doing
- Develop a framework to measure and drive the readiness success of NVIDIA’s OEM, NCP and CSP community. Work with the partner team, certification team, and other departments to build a uniquely NVIDIA approach. Ensure our partners have the right training and skills to support their customers.
- Establish close working relationship with our professional services team to ensure smooth deployments and collaborations with our partners.
- Collaborate with colleagues on core partner success management efforts, including success priorities, strategies, engagement paths, automation streams, health scores, and reporting.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support key customer success indicators and partner health metrics. Report on these indicators to ensure our partner success initiatives are on track.
- BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ overall years of experience developing and leading partner success programs on a global scale.
- More than 5 years of experience leading a team with demonstrated success in operating efficiently within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in driving customer success through a partner-led model.
- Knowledge of telemetry, sentiment, NPS, CSAT, and value metrics for assessing partner and customer success.
- A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment.
- Established skill in delivering insightful direction, approaching challenges strategically, and expressing vision proficiently in both written and oral forms.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate across multiple departments in a complex organizational structure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask easily with limited supervision.
