We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Director to lead and expand strategic accounts across the US East Coast. This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth within nutraceutical, OTC, and RX channels while strengthening long‑term partnerships. The position blends hands‑on account leadership with strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute a profitable, scalable sales strategy for assigned East Coast accounts.
Lead account planning, revenue forecasting, and budget management to consistently exceed sales and margin targets.
Drive expansion within existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Serve as the senior point of contact for key customers, developing trusted executive‑level relationships.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and complex agreements that support strong commercial outcomes.
Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams to support launches, promotions, and customer needs.
Analyze market data, performance metrics, and customer insights to inform strategy and improve results.
Act as an internal advocate for customer priorities, ensuring alignment and timely communication across teams.
Maintain consistent, high‑quality account coverage and conduct regular business reviews.
Identify creative sales, marketing, and operational opportunities tailored to each account.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven success in B2B sales leadership or key account management, ideally within nutraceutical, OTC, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Strong experience managing complex, multi‑site accounts and distribution partners.
High proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Solid understanding of market and category data (e.g., syndicated sales or market tracking tools).
Demonstrated strength in negotiation, conflict resolution, and commercial decision‑making.
Ability to travel frequently across the East Coast; valid driver’s license and passport required.
