Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kalamazoo Area for a Director of Organizational Development. In this leadership position, the Director will design and implement organizational development strategies to enhance workplace effectiveness and employee engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing leadership development initiatives, creating succession planning frameworks, optimizing performance management systems, and driving organizational effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align strategic goals with talent strategies is a key aspect of this role.

Strong skills in Leadership Development and Succession Planning to cultivate and prepare future leaders

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Experience in a leadership capacity within organizational development or HR is highly desirable
