Our client is a growing platform focused on scaling franchise brands across the U.S. They are looking to bring on a Director of Franchise Sales to own development and drive new unit growth.
This is a true individual contributor role with full ownership of the pipeline and deal process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full franchise sales cycle from lead through close
Manage inbound and outbound franchise candidates
Lead discovery, validation, and closing conversations with prospective operators
Qualify candidates to ensure strong brand and financial fit
Partner with marketing to improve lead flow and conversion
Build relationships with brokers, consultants, and development partners
Maintain pipeline reporting tied to growth targets
What They’re Looking For
5–10+ years in franchise development or franchise sales
Proven track record closing franchise deals
Strong understanding of FDDs, franchise economics, and territory structuring
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
Hands-on, deal-oriented mindset
Compensation
Base: $120K–$140K
Bonus: Performance-based upside tied to deals closed
