We are looking for our next Director of Brand Marketing

About the role:
We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and consumer-obsessed marketing leader to help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing fresh food brands in North America.
As Director of Brand Marketing, you will help lead strategy and execution that drives profitable growth for the NatureSweet portfolio. This role blends brand storytelling, commercial leadership, consumer insights, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand equity and accelerate business performance.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership, sales, innovation, shopper marketing, communications, and agency partners to create impactful campaigns and breakthrough growth strategies that connect with consumers and customers alike.
What You'll Do
Lead brand strategy and vision for the NatureSweet portfolio across all consumer touchpoints
Drive profitable growth by managing brand performance, market share, and brand equity initiatives
Own and influence the innovation and renovation pipeline using consumer insights, trends, and category data
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and shopper channels
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Communications, Insights, and Innovation teams to bring growth strategies to life
Manage brand P&L performance, forecasting, and investment optimization
Translate data and insights into compelling business strategies and measurable results
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in brand management within CPG/FMCG
3+ years of P&L ownership experience
Strong background in brand strategy, communications, and go-to-market execution
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
Fluent English (Spanish preferred)
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of P&L ownership experience and demonstrated business impact
Proven success leading brand strategy, innovation, and integrated marketing campaigns

Fluent English; Spanish preferred
