Job Title: Director, Marketing – Ralph Lauren Fragrances Division: Luxury Products Division Brand: Ralph Lauren Fragrances Location: New York, NY – 10 Hudson Yards Reports To: AVP, Marketing – Ralph Lauren Fragrances
Who We Are
For more than a century, L'Oréal has devoted its energy, innovation, and scientific excellence solely to one business: Beauty. Our goal is to offer each and every person around the world the best of beauty in terms of quality, efficacy, safety, sincerity, and responsibility — to satisfy all beauty needs and desires in their infinite diversity.
At L'Oréal Luxe, our mission is to provide our consumers with the best products and brand experiences, making each one truly unique. Our portfolio is composed of 21 highly aspirational, multi-expert brands — including Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, and Youth to the People.
Ralph Lauren Fragrances is one of the most iconic fragrance portfolios in the prestige market, home to powerhouse franchises including Ralph's Club, Romance, and the World of Polo. With bold ambitions for growth and a pipeline of landmark launches on the horizon, this is an exciting moment to be part of this brand.
The Opportunity
Ralph Lauren is one of the most iconic names in American luxury — and this is your chance to lead the next chapter of its fragrance story.
As Director of Marketing, you will own the brand's most strategically vital franchises, shape its cultural positioning, and serve as the senior US marketing voice in close collaboration with the global team and the Ralph Lauren fashion house. You will drive brand elevation at a pivotal moment — with major launches ahead and a bold ambition to grow the brand's footprint in prestige retail.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the US prestige fragrance market — deeply fluent in the retailer ecosystem, culturally immersed, and equally at home crafting long-term brand strategy as spotting the next creator moment that makes Ralph Lauren part of the conversation.
If you're a bold thinker with a passion for luxury, culture, and craft — this role was made for you.
What You Will Do

Lead Holiday campaign strategy to maximize Q4 performance and own the brand's cultural presence during the season
Global & Retail Collaboration
Act as the primary US marketing voice to the global team, bringing a sharp, consumer-grounded American POV to influence worldwide strategy and upcoming product launches
Build strong partnerships with key retail accounts, leading joint business planning and ensuring flawless execution at the door level
Track market and competitive trends across luxury and prestige beauty, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Team & Organizational Leadership
Contribute to building a high-performance team culture, developing talent and empowering others to grow
Make strategic recommendations on portfolio evolution — launches, extensions, and business support — with a clear eye on commercial impact
Demonstrate strong executive presence, prioritizing with clarity and influencing across functions and seniority levels
What We Are Looking For
8–10 years of progressive marketing experience; prestige beauty or fragrance strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of the US retail landscape and the prestige consumer
Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategy across multiple franchises in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong cultural fluency — fluent in trends, social platforms, and how to leverage them for a luxury brand
Strong financial acumen: budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
Entrepreneurial mindset — hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
