Seeking a highly experienced and networked Business Development executive to drive ecosystem enablement and strategic vendor alliances across the global 5G infrastructure landscape. This position will serve as the primary owner of relationships with RAN vendors, chipset partners, and device OEM ecosystems, translating technical collaboration into commercial momentum for advanced PNT solutions.


Most Important Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary owner of all 5G vendor ecosystem partner relationships, including RAN vendors, chipset manufacturers, device OEMs, and satellite ecosystem partners.
  • Engage VP-level and above stakeholders at target organizations 0 cinludign Ericsson, Nokia, Fujitsu, Qualcomm, MediaTek, Samsung, Apple, and Google – to drive technical collaboration and support for advanced spectrum band and positioning solutions.
  • Lead programmatic business development efforts across multiple partner tracks, owning the full arc from relationship origination through technical collaboration to commercial agreements.
  • Build and present compelling business justifications, technical narratives, and product launch frameworks to partner engineering, product, and executive teams
  • Support MNO account leaders with ecosystem intelligence, partner positioning, and technical feasibility inputs
  • Collaborate with the Technical BD and Solutions Engineering team on network integration discussions, translating partner requirements into actionable product and roadmap inputs
  • Represent the company at key industry events including MWC, NetworkX, Cisco Live, and vendor-specific forums
  • Identify and develop relationships within the satellite ecosystem, including SpaceX, Amazon, AST Space Mobile, and adjacent LEO/NTN players


What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in 5G ecosystem business development, chipset partner management, RAN vendor relationships, or technical alliance roles within the telecom space.
  • Prior experience at or with Qualcomm, Ericsson, Nokia, MediaTek, Samsung, or a device OEM (Apple, Google, Samsung), in a BD, technical alliance, or ecosystem development capacity.
  • Active, recent VP-level and above relationships across RAN vendors, chipset manufacturers, and/or device OEM organizations – with the ability to navigate cross-functionally across strategy, network, spectrum, and product teams without relying on cold outreach.
  • Deep understanding of 5G networks architecture – must be able to engage credibly in link budget discussions, RAN design conversations, and device integration planning.
  • Familiarity with chipset integration pipelines, device certification processes, and module ecosystem economics.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a product launch or technical collaboration end-to-end — not just introductions, but business justification, demo strategy, and partner alignment


Compensation: $200K - $233K + Bonus
