What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build benchmark tasks based on real-world blue-team cybersecurity workflows
• Create realistic evaluation environments including multi-host networks, Active Directory, and cloud control planes
• Develop benchmarks for detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, and malware analysis
• Define evaluation standards for AI reasoning in cybersecurity scenarios
• Build scalable and reproducible evaluation infrastructure for defensive security testing
• Contribute to advancing AI benchmarks focused on blue-team operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in blue-team cybersecurity operations
• Strong experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, or malware analysis
• Strong understanding of analyst workflows and security investigation methodologies
• Strong scripting skills and experience working with cloud or enterprise environments
• Ability to design realistic evaluation scenarios and benchmark systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
