We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Producer & Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our in-house photo studio and support the ecommerce creative workflow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of photo production, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the in-house photo studio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Negotiate and book crew for photo and video shoots.
Maintain and manage the studio schedule, coordinating with internal and external teams.
Oversee studio equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
Organize and manage shooting schedules for the ecommerce team.
Assist with sample coordination and transportation for shoots.
Ensure imagery for all products is shot to company specifications for each season.
Oversee delivery and organization of product imagery.
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of photo equipment and digital photography capture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Capture One.
Experience with asset management systems.
Strong organizational and people skills.
Fashion photo shoot experience and negotiation skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience managing studio equipment in a photo studio environment.
Previous experience overseeing ecommerce imagery capture and delivery.
